Camillo Vaz appointed as new Issy FF coach. The French team parted ways with Yacine Guesmia who was in charge since 2016.
Issy FF, who got promoted to the French top division last season, is currently sitting 11th out of 12-team league with only 10 points from 14 games. The 33-year-old Yacine Guesmia had taken the team to the Division 1 Feminine but Vaz will take over the project and try to avoid relegation.
The 45-year-old former professional player and coach, worked at the Paris Saint-Germain women’s team from 2009 to 2012 and won French cup and managed to qualify for Champions League.
“I thank Yacine Guesmia for all the work accomplished during these years. Today, our we turn towards the future. The arrival of Camillo reinforces this project in the short, medium and long term,” Christine Aubère, president of Issy FF said.
