UWCL: Bayern’s own goal end European journey

After the last matchday thriller in the Group C, Bayern missed on knockout stage after Georgia Stanway’s own goal in the 88th minute which secured a tie between the Bavarians and Paris Saint-Germain. With a point, the Parisians qualified for the quarter-finals as the group winners. Surprisingly, tied by points with PSG, Ajax are the second team that will play in the knockout phase after a 2-1 win over Roma.

In the Group D, both quarter finalists were already known ahead of the last match day. Chelsea finished the group stage undefeated after 4-0 win over Paris FC, while Real Madrid end their European season with just a single point after yet another defeat against BK Häcken.
