We saw a pretty balanced start in Gyor, where the match took place due to Covid travel restrictions in Norway. Kvinner started with a lot of courage despite a 0-2 loss in the first leg. But with no real chances on the either side, the game picked up pace towards the end of the first half. First Wolter headed in Felicitas Rauch’s cross for the lead in 43rd minute, then Engen increased the lead against her former club with a shot from 14 metres into the left corner in the injutry time of first half.
The two goals just before the break had destroyed any Norwegian hopes for a surprise After few changes, Wolves were still hungry for more goals. But despite some actions and chances from Ewa Pajor, who was very active, the scoreboard remained unchanged.
