Amalie Vangsgaard moves to Paris Saint-Germain

Amalie Vangsgaard moves to Paris Saint-Germain from a Swedish side, Linköpings FC . She signed a contract until June 2025.

The 26-year-old played in Denmark for Fortuna Hjorring and FC Nordsjælland before moving to Sweden in 2021, when she signed with Linköpings FC. In Damallsvenskan, the Danish striker played 35 matches and scored 23 goals. Vangsgaard also debuted for the Danish national team, for which she made four appearances so far.

“I have to say that it’s quite incredible, my dad is with me and his look says a lot about the emotions at the moment. And when the chance to join Paris Saint-Germain came up, I didn’t hesitate for a second, I wanted to be part of this great club.”
