Christiane Endler extends with Lyon

Christiane Endler extends with Lyon and will play for the reigning French champions at least until June 2027.

The 32-year-old played in Chile with a short spell with Chelsea, before moving to Spain and signing for Valencia in 2016. A year later, the experienced goalkeeper arrived to France, joining Paris Saint-Germain. After four years in the French capital, Endler signed for Lyon in 2021. Since then, she has become number one between the post, making a total of 68 appearances.

“I am very happy to continue here. From the first moment, I feel like at home and it’s important for me to find this stability to be happy in life, both inside and outside,” said Endler.
