Delphine Cascarino pens a new deal with Lyon that will keep her with the most successful club in Europe until June 2024.

The 24-year-old arrived to Lyon in 2009. She debuted in the senior team in 2014/15 and has played 144 matches and scored 32 goals for Lyon. French international with 31 caps, was voted the best player of last year’s Champions League final and named in the FIFPro World11. Despite being just 24, Cascarino has already been French Champion 6 times, won 5 Women’s Champions League titles and 4 French Cups.

“I am very happy to extend my contract for a second time with my club, Lyon We still have a goal to achieve this season and many trophies to win in the years to come. It’s a great adventure that I want to continue with the President, my teammates, the staff and the fans who I can’t wait to see them again,” Cascarino said.

Delphine Cascarino is another important player that extended with the French champions, following her teammates, Janice Cayman, Eugenie Le Sommer and Amandine Henry.
