Dzsenifer Marozsán stays with Lyon

Dzsenifer Marozsán stays with Lyon for at least additional two years, until June 2025.

The 31-year-old was born in Hungary but moved to Germany at the age of 4. She started playing football for 1. FC Saarbrücken but moved to Frankfurt in 2009. After seven years in Frauen Bundesliga, the German international midfielder signed for Lyon in 2016 and has established herselef as one of the best midfielders in the world. In France, Marozsán made 177 appearances and scored 63 goals. She helped the club with 5 Champions Leagues titles and 6 French Championships.

“I love the club, it’s in my heart and I still want to give it my all,” said Marozsan, joining Eugénie Le Sommer, another key player that renewed her stay with the club.
