Léa Khelifi signs for Montpellier

Léa Khelifi signs for Montpellier after leaving Paris Saint Germain.

The 23-year-old debuted on a senior level with Metz. After four years in the northeast of France, the French defender moved to the capital and signed with Paris Saint Germain in 2019. She spent 202’/21 season on loan with Dijon FCO, where she collaborated with current Montpellier coach, Yannick Chandioux. The duo will now work together again. Khelifi is another summer arrival for Montpellier, following Charlotte Billbault.

“I am very honoured and very proud to join this great club. The coach helped me a lot in Dijon and his presence is part of what made me want to sign here. I can’t wait for the season to start, I hope to bring as much as possible to the team, that’s what I came for,” said Khelifi.
