Pedro Martinez leaves Bordeaux post after taking on a new challenge as a Scotland National Team head coach.
The 45-year-old arrived to Bordeaux in 2019 from Arsenal Women. He led the Les Girondins to the 3rd place in the last season of D1 Arkema League and a Women’s Champions League qualifications. Prior to arriving to France, the Spanish coach worked as a head coach in Rayo Vallecano, where he won Copa de la Reina, and Arsenal, when he became the English champion. He will now take over Scotland Women’s National Team on a three-year deal.
