Ramona Bachmann extends with Paris SG

Ramona Bachmann extends with Paris SG and will stay in the French capital at least until the end of the next season.

The 30-year-old has experience from all the best women’s football leagues in the world. After starting her career with Luzern, the Swiss forward moved to Sweden and signed for Umeå IK. Then she had a brief spell in the US with Atlanta Beat. After returning to Sweden, she moved to Rosengard, where she spent 4 years. The Swiss international, with 115 caps and 50 goals, later also played for Wolfsburg and Chelsea before joining PSG in 2020. So far, she has made 37 appearances and scored six goals for the Parisians.

“I am very happy. We have a very good team, with a lot of qualities. We want to win a lot of trophies, and I’m happy to be a part of this project. I’m here to win trophies, and we’re missing one that is very important and that we all want to win. The Champions League is a dream, we want to lift this trophy,” said Bachmann.
