Samantha Johnson and Eden Avital join Soyaux

Samantha Johnson and Eden Avital join Soyaux for the next season of D1 Arkema League.

The 30-year-old Johnson already retired from professional football in 2019, but a year later decided to return. In the previous season, she played for Australian club, Melbourne City. Soyaux will be the first stop in Europe for the American defender, who previously played in the United States and Australia.

The 24-year-old Eden Avital is an Israeli international who arrived to France in 2019. In the last two seasons, the Israeli international midfielder played for ASPTT Albi in the D2 Feminine.
