Andrea Gavric joins FC Köln

Andrea Gavric joins FC Köln from FC Bayern München for the upcoming season. She signed a two-year contract.
The 20-year-old has been part of Bayern’s academy, where she became German U-17 champion. Born in München to Bosnian parents, Gavric possess both passports but decided to play for Bosnia national team, for whom she already has 3 caps. The young midfielder played for Bayern’s second team but also debuted in Bundesliga in the current season.
“I am looking forward to being part of FC and in Köln. FC is a traditional club with incredible fans. I want to prove myself in a new environment, through good performances and earn my game time to settle in the Bundesliga,” said Gavric, who will join another newcomer, Lotta Cordes
