Carlotta Wamser signs for Eintracht Frankfurt, following a transfer from SGS Essen. She signed a three-year contract.
The 18-year-old has debuted in Frauen Bundesliga already two years ago. She was Essen’ best player of the season and club’s top goalscorer. The offensive player is one of the biggest German talents, who also won the bronze Fritz Walter Medal in 2020, an award that is given to most talented German players.
“Eintracht Frankfurt is a special team. It’s a unit that has grown together and I’m really looking forward to it. I am incredibly grateful to the Eintracht management for the effort they have put into finding me and for giving me this huge opportunity to write a new chapter in my life with Frankfurt,” added Wamser.
