Eintracht Frankfurt renew with Géraldine Reuteler, who will stay with them for two more years, until June 2024.
The 22-year-old started her senior career in Switzerland with Luzern. After more than 40 matches played in the top Swiss flight, the talented attacker moved to Frankfurt in 2018. For Eintracht, the Swiss international forward played 57 matches and scored 14 goals before rupturing her cruciate ligament in March last year. Reuteler is still slowly making her way back.
“I am happy to stay with Eintracht for two more years. The club has become like a second family to me. It’s incredibly fun to be a part of this team and I want to achieve a lot more with the team,” said Reuteler.
Eintracht’s management is doing a good job in squad planning for the next seasons. Shekiera Martinez, Sophia Kleinherne, Barbara Dunst, Verena Hanshaw have all signed new deals recently.
