FC Bayern confirms signing of Janina Leitzig

FC Bayern confirms signing of Janina Leitzig who will move to Bavaria in the summer from TSG Hoffenheim.

The 21-year-old goalkeeper celebrated the championship of the 2. Frauen Bundesliga South twice in 2016 and 2017 as a member of 2nd Hoffenheim team. After that she was promoted to the first team and has played on 29 competitive matches so far.

Leitzig, who signed a three-year contract with FC Bayern is “ready for a new challenge at FC Bayern.” “FC Bayern is one of the top teams in Germany and the world and plays for titles.
