Irina Pando joins Bayer Leverkusen

Irina Pando joins Bayer Leverkusen from FC Luzern. The Swiss international signed a contract until June 2023.

The 25-year-old has played for Luzern since 2016. In the last season of Swiss Women’s Super League, she scored 18 goals in 30 matches. With Luzern, she won a Swiss cup. Good performances were awarded with her debut call-up to Swiss senior national team.

“I am looking forward to the new challenge. I would like to thank Bayer 04 Leverkusen for this wonderful opportunity. The reception was very warm and professional. Bayer 04 is my absolute dream destination. I am more than happy to be able to take my next step here,” Pando said.
