Julia Kassen moves to SC Freiburg

Julia Kassen moves to SC Freiburg from a fellow Bundesliga side, Vfl Wolfsburg.

The 20-year-old mostly played for Wolfsburg’s second team. The German goalkeeper has been a number 3 choice in the Bundesliga team. Kassen, who is one of the biggest German talents thus winning Fritz Walter Medal for most talented German players. She is also a regular in the German U-20 national team.

“In Freiburg I have super conditions to take the next step in my personal development. I am looking forward to the new challenge and hope to achieve great things together.” said Kassen.
