Juliane Wirtz pens a new deal with Leverkusen that will keep her with the Werkself for two more years, until June 2024.

The 20-year-old arrived to Leverkusen in 2018 from FC Köln. Since then, the German defender made 70 appearances for Bayer across all competitions. The younger sister of Florian Wirtz, who plays for Leverkusen men’s team, is also a German international in youth categories. Bayer already renewed contracts with Anna Klink and Chiara Bücher.
