Laura Feiersinger extends with Eintracht Frankfurt and will stay in the club for two more years, until June 2024.
The 28-year-old got her breakthrough during her time with FC Bayern München. She spent 5 years in Bavaria, between 2011 and 2016, winning two league titles. In 2016, the Austrian midfielder transferred to SC Sand for two seasons, before joining Eintracht Frankfurt in 2018. In total, she played almost 180 games in Frauen Bundesliga (more than 70 for Frankfurt). Austrian international with 85 caps is also one of the Frankfurt captains.
“When I moved to Frankfurt in 2018, I had the goal of developing into a leading player here and doing my part to ensure that the club was once again at the very top of Germany in terms of perspective. At that time it was more of a vision, but due to the merger of 1. FFC Frankfurt with Eintracht, it has long since become a mission. To fulfil this mission, I want to stay involved and continue to lead the way,” added Feiersinger.
