Lena Lattwein extends with Wolfsburg and will stay with the Wolves for three more years, until June 2025.
The 22-year-old started in Saarbrücken but soon moved to Hoffenheim to develop further. After four years with Die Kraichgauer, the Germany midfielder joined Wolfsburg before the season, when she signed a two-year deal. After becoming one of the key players with 35 appearances in the season, Lattwein decided to prematurely extend her stay.
“In my first season at VfL Wolfsburg we’ve been on a very successful journey, got better and better at bringing our philosophy onto the pitch, and our team spirit has continued to grow. I’m very happy in Wolfsburg, I have great fun being on the pitch with these players every day and am excited about our continued development,” said Lattwein.
