Letícia Santos pens a new deal with Eintracht Frankfurt

Letícia Santos pens a new deal with Eintracht Frankfurt and will stay with the club for two more years, until June 2024.

The 27-year-old arrived to Europe from her native Brasil in 2015, when she signed for Norwegian side, Avaldsnes IL. After two seasons, she moved to Germany, where she played for SC Sand. The Brazilian full-back joined Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019. In total, Santos has over 70 Frauen Bundesliga appearances under her belt. She is also a regular in the Brazilian international team, with over 40 caps.

“I am very happy to continue to be a part of this great team and to be able to contribute to our success together at Eintracht. We all have the big goal of reaching the Champions League and we are all fighting for it together,” said Santos.

Eintracht recently extended contracts with a lot of key players, including Lara Prašnikar, Shekiera Martinez, Sophia Kleinherne, Barbara Dunst and, Verena Hanshaw.
