Meret Felde extends with SC Freiburg

Meret Felde extends with SC Freiburg for an undisclosed duration.

The 23-year-old played for Wolfsburg’s second team at the beginning of her senior career. After failing to make a breakthrough to the first team, the German midfielder signed for Freiburg in 2019. Since then, Felde played 65 matches for the club across all competitions.

“I am very grateful that the Sport-Club continues to place its trust in me and I will give everything to return this trust. Freiburg has become my home, both in sport and in my private life. All the more I’m looking forward to the sporting challenges in the next few years and hope that we can still achieve many of our goals with the team,” added Felde.
