Michaela Specht extends with TSG Hoffenheim

Michaela Specht extends with TSG Hoffenheim until 2022.

TSG Hoffenheim is actively working on a mainting competitive squad in the future seasons. Michaela Specht is already 5th player, after Paulina Krumbiegel, Nicole Billa, Judith Steinert  and Luana Bühler, who will stay in the Kraichgau until at least 2022. The central defender, who missed the first half of the season due to a knee injury, is currently playing her sixth season at Hoffenheim and has played 70 Bundesliga games in the TSG jersey.

Michaela Specht moved from FC Bayern München to Hoffenheim in the 2015/16 season, where the 24-year-old has since established herself as a starter in Frauen Bundesliga.

Michaela Specht has now made a total of 70 appearances for TSG in the Bundesliga. “I’m looking forward to the upcoming tasks with the team,” explains the 33-time U international. “A very good path was taken in Hoffenheim years ago and I want to do my part to ensure that it continues successfully and with qualification for the Champions League we could achieve something historic. My goal is to play my leadership role in the team.”
