Nadine Riesen joins Eintracht Frankfurt

Nadine Riesen joins Eintracht Frankfurt from FC Zürich. She signed a three-year deal, until June 2026.

The 23-year-old moves abroad for the first time in her career. She played for FC St Gallen, Young Boys and Zürich in her native Switzerland. During the last two seasons, when she won two Swiss league titles, the talented defender played 66 matches for Zürich. Riesen is also a regular in the national team, currently sitting at 13 caps.

“I already spoke to Géraldine Reuteler during the World Cup about what awaits me here in Frankfurt. Frankfurt is a very cool team that I’m looking forward to,” added Riesen.
