Niko Arnautis extends the stay on Frankfurt’s bench

Niko Arnautis extends the stay on Frankfurt’s bench and adds two more years to his existing contract, thus committing to Eintracht until June 2026.

The 42-year-old coach has been with Frankfurt since the end of his playing career in 2014. Initially as a U17 coach, he made his way up through the Frankfurt’s second team and took over the first team in 2017. During his time in charge, Frankfurt reached DFB pokal final last year and qualified for the Women’s Champions League with a third place in the last season of Frauen Bundesliga.

“My team, my coaching and functional team, the people in charge, all the employees and fans of Eintracht Frankfurt are something very special – as a Frankfurt boy, without a doubt, a piece of home. For this reason, I didn’t have to think twice and am full of anticipation, gratitude and energy to continue this journey with my great team,” said Arnautis.
