Nina Lange joins Turbine Potsdam

Nina Lange joins Turbine Potsdam from a 2. Bundesliga side, RB Leipzig. She signed a contract until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old Maria Cristina Lange, who goes by name Nina, played for Wolsfburg reserve team before moving to SGS Essen, where she gained her first Bundesliga experience. In 2021, the German striker signed for Leipzig. Turbine Potsdam, which scored just five goals in the first half of the season, will certainly welcome new attacking power.

“I’m delighted to be playing for a club full of women’s football history. We now have some challenges waiting for us, which we have to take on and overcome. I hope that I will be able to make my contribution accordingly and thus be of help to the team. So full focus on the second half of the season,” said Lange. The last placed Bundesliga team also announced arrival of Paige Culver.
