Nina Lührßen extends with Werder Bremen

Nina Lührßen extends with Werder Bremen until the end of the next season.
The 22-year-old joined Werder’s academy at the age of 13 and has made her way up to the Frauen Bundesliga team. So far, the German midfielder made 94 appearances and scored 10 goals for the 9th-placed Bundesliga team in the current season.
“As a Bremen native, it’s a great feeling to continue wearing the Werder jersey. I feel extremely comfortable in my birthplace and at Werder. It feels like being part of a big family,” added Lührßen.
