Sara Doorsoun extends with Eintracht

Sara Doorsoun extends with Eintracht Frankfurt and will stay with the club for the next two years, until June 2025.

The 31-year-old played for various German clubs throughout her career. Starting out in Fortuna Köln, the experienced defender later played for Turbine Potsdam and SGS Essen to mention a few. Prior to joining Eintracht last year, Doorsoun played in Wolfsburg for four years, winning two Frauen Bundesliga titles. She also made 44 appearances for the German national team.

“It seems to me that I’ve been in Frankfurt for much longer than a year and a half. So much has happened this year, there have been so many beautiful moments,” said Doorsoun.
