Sarah-Lisa Dübel moves to SC Sand

Sarah-Lisa Dübel moves to SC Sand from Flagler College, US university team.

After the departures of Jule Baum, who joined Freiburg, and Jacintha Weimar, SC Sand had to enforce the goalkeeper position. The 23-year-old Dübel spent the last four years in the United States, playing for Flagler College and finishing her Bachelor’s degree. After a trial with SC Sand, she signed a contract with a team, who narrowly avoided relegation in Frauen Bundesliga.

“I’m happy to be a part of SC Sand and hope to develop both athletically and as a person here,” said Dübel.
