Sarah Schulte extends with SV Meppen

 

The 27-year-old is a true Meppen’s legend, spending her whole career in the club. She debuted in 2. Frauen Bundesliga as a 16-year-old and has since made 265 appearances for the club. The German midfielder, who captains the team, has been part of of the team which got promoted to Frauen Bundesliga twice. Currently, Meppen are 7th at the standings, seeking to avoid relegation battle.

“I want to continue to be part of this development and make my contribution. Moreover, I simply feel at home at SV Meppen and within this team. So there’s no reason to give up this passion,” said Schulte.
