Sascha Glass extends contract with 1. FC Köln and will stay in charge of the newly promoted Bundesliga team at least until June 2025.

The 48-year-old coach arrived to Cologne in January 2020 from SC Sand. In the second half of the second, he didn’t manage to avoid relegation and Köln got relegated due to worse goal difference. In the last season of 2. Bundesliga, Glass’ team picked 46 points out of possible 48 and secured an immediate return to Frauen Bundesliga.
