Siri Worm moves to Eintracht Frankfurt after contract expiration with Tottenham Hotspurs. She signed a two-year contract.
The 29-year-old played in the Women’s Super League since 2017. First, she spent two seasons with Everton before moving to London in 2019. In the last season, the Dutch defender made 15 appearances and scored two goals. Worm spent most of her career with Twente, where she won the Dutch championship twice.
“I had two great years at Tottenham, but now it was time to take on the next challenge in my career. Frauen Bundesliga is a very strong league and Eintracht Frankfurt is an extremely ambitious club. I like the style that this team plays. The coaching team around Niko Arnautis and all the players have already given me a very warm welcome here in the first few weeks that I have been training with them and have helped me to integrate quickly,” said Worm.
