Toma Ihlenburg and Isabella Jaron extend with SV Meppen

Two youngsters from SV Meppen academy, Toma Ihlenburg and Isabella Jaron extended their contracts with the club.

Ihlenburg and Jaron, both 18-year-old, have already debuted on the senior level in Frauen Bundesliga. Isabella Jaron has 7 appearances so far, and she played a crucial role in the debut Meppen’s win in Frauen Bundesliga when she scored against SC Sand. On the other side, Toma Ihlenburg has 10 games on her tally. Both players are expected to gradually get more Bundesliga experience and help their team to stay in the top division. After a surprising win against Hoffenheim last weekend, they are currently 10th, two points clear from the relegation zone.
