Turbine Potsdam part ways with Sofian Chahed

Turbine Potsdam part ways with Sofian Chahed, who leaves the club after two seasons in charge.

Th 39-year-old coached Hertha Berlin youth teams, when he took the head coach role with Turbine Potsdam in 2020. During the two years, German former defender with Tunisian roots, led the team in 44 matches. In both seasons, Turbine finished on the 4th place in Frauen Bundesliga. Despite signing a long-term contract just last year, the sides decided to mutually terminate the cooporetation.

“Thank you for the trust and the successful two years together. I wish the club and the team continued success and happiness on and off the pitch,” added Chahed.
