Adriana Nanclares joins Athletic Club

Adriana Nanclares joins Athletic Club from Real Sociedad. She signed a four-year deal, until June 2027.

The 21-year-old started her senior career with Aurrera Vitoria but landed in Real Sociedad in 2019. After acting as a subtitute, the Spanish goalkeeper was presented with an opportunity to make her debut soon after her arrival. In total, Nanclares played 40 matches in Liga F. In Athletic Club, she joins Garazi Fácila, Maddi Torre and Patri Zugasti as the latest newcomer.

“It’s a very exciting project and I’m happy and looking forward to it. I think there is a lot of support for women’s football. There are a lot of young women who have come from the bottom and are doing well. I’m here to give my all and to bring my sacrifice to achieve something big and very nice things,” said Nanclares.
