Alba Mellado comes to the team from Madrid CFF, where she has been for the last six seasons, and since 2017 in Liga Iberdrola after being promoted.
The 28-year-old player reinforces the team’s forward line, contributing her quality and experience with a great trajectory in the youth categories of Atlético de Madrid, the Rayo Vallecano where she made her debut in the Champions League, in CF Pozuelo and later in Madrid CFF as a team captain.

“I am very happy because the team has behaved very well. I have great teammates and a very united team. I will try to bring that experience, because with Madrid CFF we have lived this situation and I will try to add up everything I can. I hope that we will achieve our goal, which is to remain in the top division. We have to improve little by little and be a strong team,” new Santa Teresa’s player said.
