Ángela Sosa joins Levante UD from a rival Liga F side, Real Betis. She signed for two seasons, until June 2025.
The 30-year-old started her senior career with Betis city rivals, Sevilla FC. After a brief spell with Sporting Huelva, the Spanish midfielder joined Atletico Madrid, where she spent 6 years and played over 140 matches. During her time with Colchonere, she won three league titles and was awarded twice as the best player of the league. For Betis, she played 94 matches and scored 23 goals.
“I’m very excited to join Levante. We have a year full of challenges coming up and we are determined to live up to the expectations of our fans,” wrote Sosa on Twitter. Granotas also signed Gabi Nunes and Anna Torroda.
