Asun Martínez extends Valencia stay and will stay with the Bats for two more years, until June 2025.
The 21-year-old came through Elche academy but moved to Valencia in 2019. Initially in the reserve team, the Spanish forward soon proved herself and has since made 95 appearances for the first team and scored 10 goals. Martinez was also part of the Spanish U-20 team, which won World Cup last year.
“Debuting with the team I wanted to sign for, the team I wanted to be with, the team that gave me the opportunity to grow as a player, the team that gave me the chance to break into professional football. To make my debut in a stadium like the Puchades, with all the fans, like the one Valencia have, which is incredible, for me it was a day I will never forget,” said Martinez. Valencia also renewed with Enith Salón recently.
