Berglind Rós moves to Sporting Huelva joining the club from a Swedish side, KIF Örebro.
The 27-year-old played for Valur, Afturelding, and Fylkir in her native Iceland before going abroad and joining Örebro last year. The international defender with 4 caps for the national team, played 21 matches in Allsvenskan. Ros becomes second winter addition to Sporting Huelva team after Therese Simonsson.
I haven’t played here so I don’t know what to expect, I’ve seen games from Spain, I know what the league is like, so I can say I don’t know what to expect but I’m very excited, I think it’s going to be good, fun and hopefully I can grow as a player,” said Rós.
