Berta Pujadas extends with Valencia

Berta Pujadas extends with Valencia and will stay with the club until the end of the next season.

The 22-year-old joined the Bats in 2019 from RCD Espanyol, for whom she played 49 matches. In Valencia, she has become quite a standard player, making 59 appearances up to date. She extended her contract last year but then in the recently finished season, the Spanish centre-back was sidelined for a couple of months due to injury, but made her return in March.

“I am very happy to continue defending the Valencia jersey for one more season. I hope to give back to the club the confidence it has placed in me. Amunt,” said Pujadas.
