Curtain comes down on Liga F with Barcelona defeat

In the last matchday of Liga F, Barcelona suffered their only defeat of the season. Madrid CFF managed to keep three points at home with 2-1 win. Despite that, Blaugrana secured another title way ahead of time.

Alba Redondo from Levante topped the top goal scorer standing with 27 goals, Misa Rodriguez from Real Madrid won the Zamora award for the lowest average number of goals conceded.

Apart from the champions, Real Madrid and Levante will participate in the Women’s Champions League qualifiers. Alhama and Deportivo Alaves are moving to the second tier. Despite Barcelona’s B team winning the Segunda division, SD Eibar and Deportivo will play in Liga F in the next season.
