Emma Ramírez pens a new deal with Barcelona that will keep her in the Catalan capital until June 2024. At the same time, Vicky López joins Barcelona from Madrid CFF.
The 20-year-old Ramirez played for Barcelona’s city rivals, Espanyol before joining Blaugrana’s B team in 2019. In 2020, she already debuted for the first team but spent last season on loan with Real Sociedad to get more playing time. The Spanish defender played 28 matches for the Basque Country club.
Barcelona also announced that they signed a 16-year-old Vicky Lopez from Madrid CFF. The Spanish winger is considered one of the biggest talents in Spanish football, becoming Madrid’s youngest player in Liga Iberdrola with 15 years and 2 months.
