Estefanía Banini transfers to Atlético Madrid

Estefanía Banini transfers to Atlético Madrid from Levante UD and signs a two-year contract with Atleti.

The 31-year-old started here career in Chilean club Colo-Colo. Later, she moved to the USA and played for Washington Spirit. Her first experience in Spain was with Valencia, which she later left and joined Levante. The Argentinian midfielder is another reinforcement for Atlético Madrid after Maitane Lopez, Sheila Garcia and Thembi Kgatlana.

“I am very happy to sign for this great club, with a lot of illusion and anxiety for the season to start. I am very proud and very happy to be here, we are going to give our best, 100% as this team and this club has always done, and we are going to fight for everything,” Banini said.
