Esther Sullastres signs for Sevilla

Esther Sullastres signs for Sevilla FC, joining the club from Deportivo Abanca.

The former Barcelona player, where she spent two seasons, has played for Deportivo during the last two seasons. In the last season of Liga Iberdrola, the 28-year-old goalkeeper played in 25 matches. Between 2015 and 2017, Sullastres played in Valencia under the guidance of the current Sevilla coach, Cristian Toro.

“I’m very excited about this project, eager to get started and to continue growing, with the desire to have a good year and to be able to play minutes at a big club,” said Sullastres.

Sevilla have already signed Rosa Otermin, Jessica Martinez and Debora Garcia during the current transfer window.
