Gema Soliveres joins Real Betis

Gema Soliveres joins Real Betis from Deportivo Alaves. She penned a two-year deal, until June 2025.

The 22-year-old began her football career in Valencia youth academy. In the 2019/20 season, she joined Deportivo Alavés. In 2021, the Spanish midfielder helped the team reaching Liga F promotion, but got relegated in the last season. In total, Soliveres played 27 matches and scored two goals.

“I’m happy and looking forward to the start,” said Soliveres in her first interview. Betis also recently signed Paula Vizoso, María Jiménez, Carol Ferez, Carla Armengol and Rhiannon Roberts.
