Gift Monday signs for Granadilla Tenerife

Gift Monday signs for Granadilla Tenerife, joining the club from a Nigerian side, Bayelsa Queens. She penned a three-year deal until June 2025.

The 21-year-old will play abroad for the first time in her career. The Nigerian striker had spells with COD United Amazons, FC Robo and Bayelsa Queens, all in her homeland. Monday is also a regular in the Nigerian national team, having played 10 matches so far.

The Canary Islands club already signed Patricia Estupiñán, Ana Fernandez, Encarni Jiménez, Javiera Toro, Claudia Blanco, Sydny Nasello and Laura Ortega in the current transfer window.
