Linda Bakker transfers to Valencia CF

Linda Bakker transfers to Valencia CF from a Dutch team, Ajax. She signed a two-year contract until June 2023.

The 28-year-old Dutch has played in her home country for the whole career, except for one year that she spent at US university. During her two spells with Ajax, she made 116 appearances, scored 15 goals, won 4 titles and also played in the Women’s Champions League.

“I am very excited and proud to sign for a great club like Valencia CF. I am grateful for this opportunity and the chance to grow, not only as a player, but also as a person. I can’t wait to wear these colours for the first time. I’m going to give my all for the club and the fans. See you soon,” Bakker said for the club’s website.
