Lucía Rodríguez signs for Sevilla, joining the club from Real Madrid. She signed a contract until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old started her senior career with Madrid CFF, for which she played on two occasions. In between, she spent two seasons with CD Tacon, which later became Real Madrid. In 2019, the Spanish defender signed for Real Sociedad, before rejoining Real Madrid in 2021. For Las Blancas Rodriguez played in 47 matches.
“I’m happy and very excited. I was really looking forward to signing and being here and getting to know everything a little bit and I’m very excited. Above all, I’m motivated to help and to find myself again as a footballe,” said Rodriguez, who becomes third reinforcment for Sevilla after Pamela González and Gemma Gili.
