María Méndez pens a new deal with Levante and will stay in Valencia for two-and-a-half more years, until June 2025.
The 21-year-old debuted on senior level for Real Oviedo, but soon moved to Deportivo La Coruna. Three years ago, the Spanish defender joined Granotas and has since played 68 matches across all competitions, 17 in the current season.
“Three years ago I was given the opportunity to come to Valencia when I was very young and today I feel an important part of the project, I feel at home and I’m very happy. These last few seasons I have grown a lot both on a personal and footballing level and I want to continue doing my bit to achieve my goals,” added Mendez.
