Miku Ito renews with Deportivo Alaves and will stay in Spain at least until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old joined Gloriosas three years ago from a Japanese side, Jumonji Ventus. After initially playing for the reserve team, the Japanese midfielder made her way up to the first team and played 23 matches in the last season of Liga Iberdrola.
“I thank the club for the trust. I am very excited about what is to come and I will do everything possible to get where we want to be,” wrote Ito on Twitter.
Alaves already signed Camila Sáez, Rebecca Elloh, Emmanuella Aby, Patricia Larqué, Elba Vergés, Fátima Pinto and Carla Morera.
